Leave the pork chops marinating in a mixture of orange juice, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and onion for several hours
Remove from marinade
Brush the pork chops with butter on all sides
Place in a moderate oven and baste with the marinade as it cooks
When ready to serve, cut into slices and place an orange slice between each serving
