Preheat the oven
Season the pork loin with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice
Place it in a roasting pan and put it in the hot oven
Let it roast for 10 minutes
Reduce the heat
Add half of the white wine
When it starts to dry, add the remaining white wine and broth
Roast, basting frequently with the sauce, adding more wine if needed
Once the pork loin is tender, remove it from the oven and let it rest in a serving dish
Make several cuts and garnish with zucchini slices
Serve with your preferred cooked vegetables
Remove the remaining sauce from the roasting pan, add butter to it, reheat, and serve separately
