Preheat the oven to 400°F
In a large bowl, season the chicken with salt
Add the remaining ingredients, except for the water, and mix well
Arrange in a baking dish of 9x13 inches and bake until the chicken and potatoes are tender (about 55 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with salsa, and serve immediately
