150 g of bacon bits
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup of butter
2 cups of fresh heavy cream

Dough
Mix all dough ingredients together and knead well for five minutes or until smooth and even
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes
Cut into pieces and roll out on a flat surface with a rolling pin
Use a cup or round cookie cutter to cut the dough
Filling
Combine all filling ingredients and mix well
Form small balls with a spoon and reserve
Place one meatball in the center of each piece of dough
Fold one by one like little pies and press the sides so they don't open during cooking
Once ready, cook in boiling salted water
Sauce
In a skillet, sauté the bacon and onion in butter
Add fresh heavy cream and let cook for about three minutes
Turn off heat and serve hot.
