1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 thick slices of pickled cucumber
8 tomato chunks
Seasoning:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, minced

Two hours in advance, mix the seasoning ingredients
Add the shrimp and let it rest in the refrigerator
When serving, place 2 or 3 shrimp, a piece of cucumber, the pepper, and more shrimp on each skewer
Grill or bake while basting with the seasoning or baking for about 20 minutes at 400°F (200°C)
