Honey Syrup: 1 cup of honey, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of grated lime zest, 2 tablespoons of honey

Honey Syrup: 1 cup of honey, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of grated lime zest, 2 tablespoons of honey
Cut the mangoes in half and remove the pits
Make a shallow incision around each mango, about 2 cm from the base
Mix together the chopped pecans, dark chocolate chips, lime zest, and honey
Stuff the mixture into the mango halves
Place the filled mangoes into a refractory dish
Mix together the honey syrup ingredients over low heat
Brush the mangoes with some of the honey syrup and bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes, brushing with the remaining honey syrup from time to time
Serve warm or cold.
