4 small sweet potatoes with skin (600g)
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine (45g)
1/3 cup of chopped hazelnuts or almonds (40g)
3 tablespoons of common or mascarpone cheese (36g)

Cut a thin slice from each sweet potato, remove the seeds and some of the pulp around them
Place the sweet potatoes in a square refractory dish
Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave on high
Add the nuts and cheese
Mix well
Place in the cavities of the sweet potatoes
Put it in the microwave uncovered, on high, for 5 to 7 minutes, until the sweet potatoes are tender.
