4 small sweet potatoes with skin - 600g
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine - 45g
1/3 cup of chopped pecans or hazelnuts - 40g
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour or confectioner's sugar - 36g

Cut a thin slice from each sweet potato, remove the seeds and some of the pulp around them
Place the sweet potatoes in a square baking dish
Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave at high power
Add the nuts and flour
Mix well
Place the mixture into the cavities of the sweet potatoes
Put it in the microwave uncovered at high power for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender
Serve 4 ways.
