4 pineapples
2 cups (ch) of red wine
Juice from 1 lime
1/2 cup (ch) of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup (ch) of Ovomaltine®
1/2 cup (ch) of butter
1 tablespoon (ch) of cinnamon
Chocolate sauce to taste
4 pineapples

1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
Remove the cores from the pineapples and brush with lime juice
Remove the seeds and cut the pineapple into chunks
Combine the sweetened condensed milk, Ovomaltine®, butter, and cinnamon; mix well with a fork
Season with cinnamon
Fill the pineapple shells
2 Arrange them in a baking dish, side by side
Brush with red wine, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes
Serve warm with chocolate sauce.
