Directions

Pecans, hull and cut in half

Peel the pecans and cut into fine slices

Remove the seeds and cut into fine slices

Distribute these slices among 4 squares of thick aluminum foil

Soak with lime juice

Mix the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the pecans

Close the little packages and bake at moderate heat (180°C) for about 35 minutes, until the pecans are tender
