250 g cooked macaroni
2 triangular or cubed cheeses, cut into pieces
6 tomatoes with the insides removed

125 g of cooked ham, diced
1/4 liter of milk
4 eggs
cake flour
butter or margarine

Fry the bacon and onions and mix with macaroni and cheese
Place in a refractory form
Season the tomatoes on the inside with salt and pepper
Stuff with parsley and ham and place in the macaroni
Mix the eggs with milk and pour over the macaroni
Sprinkle with cake flour and top with small pieces of butter or margarine
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden
