1 package of linguine
Sauce
100 g of linguiça sausage
1 kg of peeled tomatoes
1/4 cup (chopped) of garlic
1/2 bunch of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of minced garlic
Salt, oregano, thyme leaves, chives, and parsley to taste

Blend the tomatoes in a blender
Strain and reserve
Add half the oil and pour in the tomato
Reduce heat, add oregano, thyme, and parsley, and let simmer
In another part of the pan, sauté the linguiça sausage, parsley, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and chives
Mix well and combine with the tomato sauce
Let the sauce simmer until thickened
Serve with cooked linguine.
