In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Cook the onion and garlic until softened
Add the red bell pepper, meatballs, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper
Stir to combine
Simmer for three minutes, then remove from heat and toss with the pasta
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve.
