1 cup of grated cheddar cheese, cut into small squares

2 cups of roasted turkey, cut into small squares

Cook and drain the macaroni
Place the macaroni in a shallow baking dish
Cut the broccoli into small pieces and arrange half of it over the macaroni
Prepare a sauce with butter or margarine, flour, milk, and chicken broth
Add the cheese and stir until melted
Add the turkey and season to taste
Place in the oven
Arrange the remaining broccoli on top
Bake at moderate heat for about 30 minutes
Serve hot.
