Cook the macaroni, drain and reserve
Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat and add the peppers, garlic, and olive oil
Stir occasionally for about 4 minutes, or until the garlic starts to caramelize
Add the cooked macaroni and stir well
Season with salt and black pepper
