In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in 1 tablespoon of sugar
Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes

Add the eggs, milk, butter, flour, cinnamon, salt, and remaining sugar
Work the dough until it becomes homogeneous and no longer sticky

Cover the dough and let it rest until it doubles in volume
Then shape the roll and place it in a rectangular baking dish greased with margarine

Spread this topping over the roll and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
