1/2 kg of spaghetti
3 pounds of fresh clams

Wash the clams thoroughly and cook them in a pot with water
When they open, remove the clams from their shells and reserve
Reduce the remaining liquid to 1 cup (of coffee)
Strain it into a napkin and mix it with the clams
In a small pan, heat the olive oil and garlic until golden brown
Add the clams and simmer for 1 minute
Add the parsley, stir well, and serve hot
The spaghetti should be cooked al dente in water and salt
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese
