Preheat the oven to high heat
Place the lard and water in a large pot and bring to a boil
Remove from heat, add cornmeal, and mix well
Add shredded cheese and eggs, mixing continuously
Once the dough is uniform, fill the bag with confectioner's sugar and form balls or strips on a baking sheet
Bake in a hot oven for 35 minutes or until cookies are dry
