1 lemon, cut into thin slices

Place tomato puree, chicken broth, and white wine in a pot
Add all other ingredients except the lemon
Cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes
Strain and serve in individual bowls, garnishing with lemon slices
If desired, can be served chilled
