200g of smoked ricotta cheese, crushed (available at supermarkets and municipal markets)
100g of black olives
Salt, pepper, and olive oil to taste

In a large pot, bring 5 liters of water to a boil
When boiling, add the pasta and salt
Cook according to package instructions and drain the pasta
Return the pasta to the pot and add two tablespoons (scoop) of the cooking liquid
Mix in the ricotta cheese and olives, add olive oil to taste, cover the pot and shake slightly
Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with black pepper
Serve immediately.
