Bake the oven at 180°C
In a bowl, dissolve yeast with sugar, salt, and milk
Add butter, flour, egg, and mix well
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
Roll it out, forming a strip
Brush with melted butter and roll up like a croissant
Cut into 1 cm wide slices
Shape the mini pastry rolls by pressing the center of each slice
Fillling:
Mix beef, butter, onion, tomatoes, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Place a portion of filling on top of each mini pastry roll
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
