Place 8 slices of toast on a flat surface, then layer with chicken breast
Top with mayonnaise and cover with another slice of toast
Apply more mayonnaise and place each sandwich under two slices of bacon, two tomato rounds, salt and pepper to taste, and top with lettuce leaves
Finally, add the third slice of toast
Secure with toothpicks and cut into triangular shapes
Arrange on a platter and garnish as desired
You'll end up with 8 sandwiches, or 32 triangles.
