Cook the macaroni normally, drain it, and place it back in the pot
While waiting for the pasta to cook, prepare the sauce

Blend the ragu and olive oil in a blender, season with salt and black pepper, and set aside
Pour this cold sauce over the macaroni and mix everything together delicately
Let it simmer for a few more minutes

Pour the green olives and parmesan cheese shavings on top, and garnish with some chopped fresh parsley.
