3 cups of ricotta, cut into strips 0.5 cm

Preheat the oven
Spread the tomato sauce, leaving a 2 cm border, cover with
mozzarella, place in the oven and let for 5 minutes or until the crust is lightly golden and the mozzarella melts
Remove, distribute the ricotta and
dried tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and serve
Do not return to the oven to prevent the vegetable from wilting.
