Grease six small pudding molds with margarine, line the bottom of each mold with buttered parchment paper and reserve
Slice the zucchinis into horizontal rounds and reserve
Beat the eggs, heavy cream, grated cheese, and salt in a blender until smooth
Pile the zucchinis on top of the creamy mixture, mix gently, and pour into reserved molds
Bake in a medium preheated oven until golden brown
Serve immediately.
