Cut the zucchini lengthwise, then use a small spoon to remove the seeds
Next, use a sharp knife to cut each half into very thin slices
In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the grated orange peel and fresh dill
Reduce the heat and add the zucchini slices
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the milk and orange juice, allowing it to warm for just 1 minute
While that's heating up, cut the smoked salmon into strips
Add the strips to the hot sauce, which should be poured over the drained macaroni.
