In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, mozzarella, and basil
Add the pasta and salt, and mix well
Let it sit at room temperature
When serving, stir the pasta gently so the seasoning doesn't settle at the bottom of the bowl
Serve 6 portions
