1 package of fettuccine
1 can of heavy cream or 1 cup of fresh heavy cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup of grated cheddar or parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of cognac
1 package of fettuccine
1 can of heavy cream or 1 cup of fresh heavy cream

Cook the fettuccine
Drain
Place it in a refractory dish
Mix the heavy cream with the eggs and cheese, bring to a simmer and stir until thickened
Pour over the fettuccine
Add the cognac into a cup
Light it on fire and pour the flame over the fettuccine
Serve 4.
