Preheat the oven to high temperature
Saute the garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil for 2 minutes or until it starts to yellow, but don't let it burn
Don't let it brown
Add the oregano and turn off the heat
Spread the tomato sauce over the pre-baked pizza crust, leaving a 2 cm border
Distribute the garlic on top, drizzle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with oregano
Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
