To make the Béchamel sauce, simply mix 1 tablespoon of butter and flour in a pan over low heat
When it forms a paste, remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons of milk
Add salt and pepper to taste, then stir well

Spread butter on one slice of bread

Place 2 slices of ham and half the grated Gruyère cheese on top

Cover with the remaining 2 slices of ham

Spread a little cream cheese over the second slice and close the sandwich
Place a little butter and all the Béchamel sauce on top, followed by the remainder of the Gruyère cheese
