Dough
400g of cooked, peeled, and mashed sweet potato
200g of cooked, shelled, and chopped pineapple

6 tablespoons of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

300g of cooked pork, diced
100g of cooked pineapple, sliced

1/2 cup of cooked pineapple, sliced

Dough
Mix all ingredients until you get a dough. Reserve
Filling
In a pan, place the meat and cook over medium heat for six minutes or until the liquid that forms during cooking evaporates
Add onion, salt, black pepper, and stir for another minute
Add tomato
Pour brandy into a shell and warm it over a candle flame, tilting to catch fire
Pour it into the pan
Add mustard and ketchup
Stir for one minute
Finally, add heavy cream
Stir for half a minute
Remove from heat and reserve
Finalization
Preheat oven to medium temperature
Line baking dishes with a layer of sweet potato and pineapple mixture
Add some of the ground pork, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and cover with mashed sweet potato
Repeat the layers, finishing with mashed sweet potato
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
Serve hot
If desired, serve with additional grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper sauce.
