Beat the egg yolks with the whites and grated coconut until a fluffy and creamy mixture forms
Add the butter and beat until smooth
Next, add the rice flour mixed with sweet grass and cinnamon, alternating with coconut milk, beating always to get a smooth and light mixture
Place the dough in muffin tin cups greased with butter and bake in a moderate oven preheated to 180°C for about 50 minutes or until golden brown
