1 coconut, divided into 3 parts

Beat the butter or margarine until creamy
Add whole eggs and mix well
Add sugar, rice cream, and mix well
Squeeze out 2 parts of the grated coconut and add it to the previous mixture
Then, add beaten egg yolks and the remaining 1/3 of the grated coconut
Place this batter in paper molds, filling them to 2/3, and bake in a moderate oven (170°C), preheated, for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
