Season the meat with salt, garlic, and cumin
Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the meat on all sides
Remove the meat and add the tomatoes and bell peppers
Let it cook for about 5 minutes with the lid closed, creating a sauce
Add the meat back to the pan and let it simmer until heated through
If desired, add an additional 1/2 cup of water, stir well, and let it simmer again.
