Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Pass the maminha through coarse salt, covering it completely
Roll it up in aluminum foil and place on a large grill mat
Bake for 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and remove the foil
Clean the meat with paper towels, removing some of the salt, and cut into thin slices
