2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 cups of cooked and cubed manioc (aipim)
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
1 cup of white sauce (see recipe above, reduced to 1/3)
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Melt the butter or margarine in a pan over low heat
Add the manioc and onion, and stir well
Add the white sauce and cheese, and stir until well combined
If desired, add a few drops of hot pepper sauce
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
