Strain the cassava in a fine-mesh sieve under cold running water
Pat dry with a cloth and transfer to a refrigerator
Combine the other ingredients and mix well
Cover with its own lid (or with plastic wrap leaving a gap) and bake in a preheated oven at high power for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cassava is soft
