Cut the mangoes in half, reserve
Combine the cinnamon, lime juice, and mangoes in a dish, and refrigerate
Cook the pineapple slices with sugar, water, vanilla extract, and hortelä leaves in a saucepan over low heat for 20 minutes
Reserve in the refrigerator
Drain and grill the mangoes on a hot skillet
Serve with caramelized pineapple slices.
