4 peeled pears (keep the stems)
juice of 1 lime
1 cup (shallow) of white wine liqueur
1 tube of Möcha Top Chocolate

Place the pears in a single layer in a saucepan, add the lime juice, wine, and one cup of water
Cover and bring to a boil over 30 minutes or until the pears are tender
Remove from heat and let cool
To serve, arrange the fruit on a plate and top with Möcha Top, drizzling it over each pear.
