Cut the strawberries into chunks
Use a blender, coarsely puree them
Add the butter, yogurt, and cream, mixing well
Place the prepared mixture in ice cube trays and let it sit for 12 hours in the freezer
Unmold the sorbet, arrange the cubes in chilled serving dishes, and sprinkle with finely chopped verbena leaves (or lemongrass)
