Let it reduce by half
Remove from heat and strain, discarding the seeds. Reserve
Wrap bananas in wonton dough
Brush with whipped egg white
Sprinkle with grated almond
Fry in hot oil
Cut bananas into three pieces
Serve with passionfruit syrup and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
