100 g of passion fruit pulp
600 g of ripe yellow passion fruits, peeled and seeded
2 cups of yogurt
a squeeze of lemon juice

Remove the skin and seeds from the passion fruits
Mash them up and strain through a fine-mesh sieve
Combine the passion fruit pulp with yogurt and mix well
Add a pinch of grated lime zest
Mix well and refrigerate
Serve chilled in glasses.
