1 3/4 cups of whole milk
1/2 cup of proprietary cooking fat
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 cup of light coconut milk
Dark Cream
500 ml of whole milk
3/4 cup of proprietary cooking fat
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/4 cup of light cream

White Cream

500 ml of whole milk
3/4 cup of proprietary cooking fat
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/4 cup of light cream

Blend all the ingredients for the white cream in a blender and heat it, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens
Repeat the process with the dark cream
Grease the mold with oil and layer the creams, alternating between white and dark
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm
Unmold and serve.
