2 cups of coconut milk
1 cup of milk
6 tablespoons of cornstarch
6 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of coconut milk

Mix the cornstarch and sugar and add milk to form a paste
Mix the remaining milk with coconut milk and heat it up
When boiling, add the cornstarch mixture slowly, stirring well
Cook while stirring until thickened
Place in a small baking dish so that the mixture has 2 inches of height
Let cool
Cut into squares and serve over banana leaves
