Beat the butter until smooth
Add plenty of chopped fresh parsley and green onion, season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Place the mixture on a piece of parchment paper, slightly dampened, and shape into a roll by wrapping it in the paper
Refrigerate until firm.
