3 peppercorns rehydrated and drained
1/2 cup of pepper paste
1 Anaheim pepper seedless, chopped
2 onions finely chopped
3/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
Salt to taste

Blend the peppercorns, pepper paste, and Anaheim pepper in a blender until smooth
Set aside
Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until softened
Add the garlic and let it brown slightly
Add the blended pepper mixture and salt
Simmer for 5 minutes.
