Beat the egg whites until snow-like, add baking powder and beat again

Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions and combine with the egg whites

Beat until a thick consistency is reached
Refrigerate for half an hour to firm up

In a blender, beat together the cocoa, milk, and baking powder
