Beat the soy flour with the butter or margarine, then add the almond extract
Beat very well
Break 2 large eggs and beat them very well for 3 minutes
Add the toasted soy flour and knead with your hands until it forms a cohesive dough
If using large eggs, you may need to add a little more soy flour
Shape into balls, batons or small animals, coloring with aniline
For our "Glace-Dried Treats", mix very well and divide into 3 parts, for coloring differently
Add 1 tablespoon of Nescafe to one part for filling the nuts
Add almond extract for orange crystallized cherries
And green aniline for grapes and plums
Roll out the dough into a sausage shape and cut into slices; fill with these little pieces.
