Mix all ingredients with your fingertips
Knead the dough until it forms a homogeneous mass
Roll out the dough thinly over a smooth and floured surface
Cut into shortbread shapes
Place the shortbreads in a greased baking sheet
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) for about 15 minutes or until golden
Yield: About 36 shortbreads
Note: Serve with caramelized pineapple gelatin.
