Beat the eggs in a blender, adding the sugar gradually
Open the vanilla bean and scrape its contents onto the bowl, still beating
Add the chocolate and beat until the cream is thick
Add the Marsala wine gradually, pouring into a saucepan and cooking over low heat, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and let cool
Combine the mascarpone and mix well
Serve chilled in a large serving dish or individual cups.
